NEW LEGISLATION AT LAST!
New legislation today to protect puppies!!
They have finally got round to new legislation to stopping back street breeders making money out of over breeding their dogs…….puppies have to be with their Mother for up to 8 weeks this is the time they learn how to behave as Mom can bring them into line and they learn so much it is tragic to let them go too early but it happens time and time again and as the doggy gets older you can tell by their behaviour that they were not with Mom long enough. It does of course present problems to the parents who have taken a new puppy into their home, very stressful.
Breeding Licenses will be more stringent and people found offending will be faced with an unlimited fine and possibly a 6 month jail sentence. Pet Shops will have to ensure they have written paperwork to show to anyone buying a puppy from their shop.
